Welcome to the Partner Portal. This page walks through what each tab does, what's required before certain actions will work, and a few behaviors that catch new partners off guard.
Checklist for a smooth start

Set your password
Required the very first time you log in — there's no skipping this step, since a login code alone would otherwise be enough for anyone to get in.

Add your phone number and pickup address
Both are needed before a courier pickup can be requested from the Overview tab. Missing either one now returns an error immediately when you try — it used to be possible to submit a pickup request with no address on file, which then silently sat unresolved until an admin caught it at approval time.

Pay the one-time RM500 registration fee
You get a 30-day grace period from sign-up. After that, the entire portal locks until it's paid — this one really is a hard deadline, unlike the document reminder below.

Upload your compliance documents
Also has a 30-day reminder pill, but — unlike the registration fee — it's a strong nudge, not a lockout. Please still get it done promptly; admin follows up on overdue documents.

Fill in My Page
Your photo, tagline, specialty tags, and about section — this is what a buyer actually sees on your public page. A complete profile here makes a real difference to how trustworthy your listing looks.

How a self-paced Course/Event/Service/Therapy sale actually flows
If you set a Course Access Link on a listing (for anything delivered online rather than in person), the buyer never gets a scannable QR ticket at all:
1. You set an Access Linke.g. your Google Meet/Zoom link, or a course portal URL — on the listing.

2. Buyer purchasesNo QR ticket is issued for this line item — there's nothing for you to scan at a door.

3. Buyer is emailed automaticallyYour access link goes out right after payment, instead of a ticket.

4. Shows in Report, not Check-InSince there's nothing to scan, this buyer never appears in Check-In — only in your Report tab.

Things that catch new partners off guard
Editing an already-approved, live listing takes it offline. Saving changes to a live product resets it to "pending" for re-review — it doesn't update in place. Expect a short gap before it's back up, not an instant re-publish.
The "Requires CPD / medical ID verification" checkbox changes what your buyer sees. When admin turns this on for one of your listings, the buyer's checkout form gains required Full Name (as per IC), IC Number, and MMC Number fields. Those values populate your Report tab's IC Number / MMC Number columns, and the IC-verified name is what shows in the Name column too (falling back to the regular checkout name for any sign-up that didn't need this). If a course needs this and the columns are coming up blank, ask admin to check the box.
The document checklist deadline is a reminder, not a lockout. Unlike the registration fee above, an overdue document pill won't stop you from using the portal — but please don't take that as license to ignore it indefinitely.

Some services are shared listings offered by multiple partners at once — request to be added as a provider on any of these below. Once approved, it shows up on your personalized page and product listings automatically.

To request a pickup, go to Overview → Recent Orders
Click any order to open its details, then tap Request Pickup — the customer's address will be pre-filled automatically.

Fulfillment Partners

Must be at least 8 characters, include 1 uppercase letter and 1 symbol (e.g. @, #, !).

A public page customers can visit directly — your photo, a short about, your location (if you have a physical place), and your approved products/services (these pull automatically from your listings, nothing to re-enter).
